A Palace founded by César Ritz — a living Parisian legend
Opened in June 1898 by César Ritz and Auguste Escoffier, the Ritz Paris is the house that invented the very word Palace in its modern sense. Coco Chanel lived there for thirty-four years in her suite over the garden, Ernest Hemingway made it his liberation refuge in the summer of 1944, Marcel Proust dined there, F. Scott Fitzgerald wrote there. Every arrival on Place Vendôme inherits that memory: our chauffeurs know it, and they treat a Ritz transfer with a different tempo than an ordinary trip.
After a four-year restoration led by the Al-Fayed family, the Palace reopened in June 2016 in exceptional freshness: 71 unique suites (Coco Chanel, Impériale, Windsor, Maria Callas, F. For TSPVIP, operating in service of Ritz Paris means one precise thing: no approximation tolerated on vehicle cleanliness, on chauffeur grooming, on knowledge of accesses, on discretion towards other guests, on respect of the protocols set by Guest Relations and the Clefs d'Or concierge. A single mis-positioning under the canopy would compromise the relationship with the hotel.

Operational know-how under the Ritz canopy
On Place Vendôme, the drop-off takes place under the main Ritz canopy, supervised by the Palace's valets and public security. Our chauffeur arrives with the licence plate communicated in advance to Ritz Security, waits for the head valet's cue, opens the kerbside door and hands over the vehicle for immediate repositioning. The whole operation lasts under forty seconds: the square does not tolerate extended stops.
For particularly sensitive arrivals — heads of state on private visits, UHNW family principals, exposed public figures — we coordinate the approach via the Cambon entrance on rue Cambon at the back of the Palace, out of sight of photographers and onlookers. This is decided case by case with Guest Relations, never on the chauffeur's own initiative.
During Couture, Fashion Week and Haute Joaillerie weeks, Place Vendôme operates under extreme pressure. Our desk anticipates flows, communicates in advance with Ritz Concierge and chooses the most suitable exit route — rue Saint-Honoré, rue de Rivoli, quai des Tuileries — according to time and final destination.

Our Ritz Paris clientele includes UHNW family principals in long-stay residence, international visitors during Couture or the cultural season, diplomatic and corporate delegations hosted by the hotel, and clients referred by our international concierge partners. We work in direct contact with the Palace's Clefs d'Or concierge: missions are sent by email or WhatsApp, confirmed within an hour and billed on a consolidated company account or directly to the guest depending on stay terms.
For family offices looking after long-stay residents, we deploy a recurring set-up: a dedicated chauffeur for the duration of the stay, a relay chauffeur for long days, a reserved vehicle, integration with family-management tools. Family principals and their staff (governesses, personal assistants, private secretaries, nurses) keep a constant standard between Paris, Geneva, London and Monaco.
Our executive offering kicks in whenever a stay combines a Palace residency with a corporate agenda: lunches at Tour First, board meetings at La Défense, banking appointments on Place Vendôme or rue La Boétie, signing dinners in the neighbouring starred restaurants. A Ritz Paris stay unfolds over a few hundred metres: L'Espadon for the Michelin-starred cuisine, the Hemingway Bar for Colin Field's mythology of cocktails, the Bar Vendôme on the garden side for business lunches, the Ritz Escoffier school for private classes. The chauffeur remains on standby between each step, repositions the vehicle discreetly nearby and flags any risk of delay in real time.
Place Vendôme and rue de la Paix concentrate the great watchmaking and jewellery houses: Chanel Joaillerie, Boucheron, Van Cleef & Arpels, Bulgari, Cartier, Chopard, Mikimoto, Piaget. For a private appointment with one of these maisons, we coordinate drop-off as close as possible to the private salon, wait out of sight during the meeting and collect the guest with no media solicitation.
Ritz gala evenings — charity galas, foundation dinners, collection launches — call for a reinforced set-up: additional vehicles for spouses and guests, coordination with the Palace valets, alternative arrival and departure points for exposed VIPs. Ritz Paris — CDG, Orly and Le Bourget transfers
From Ritz Paris we operate daily transfers to Paris-Charles de Gaulle (CDG) for long-haul and intercontinental flights, Paris-Orly for European, and crucially Paris-Le Bourget for business aviation and private jets. Optimised routing depending on time: quai des Tuileries then A1 to CDG, Pont de la Concorde then A6 to Orly, northern périphérique to Le Bourget.
For private-jet arrivals we coordinate directly with your FBO (Signature, Universal Aviation, Dassault Falcon Service, Jetex, Advanced Air Support) for planeside collection where authorised, then a discreet arrival under the Ritz canopy with prior notification of Guest Relations. Continuity of service is maintained from tarmac to suite.

Do you work in direct contact with the Ritz Clefs d'Or concierge?

What is your availability during Fashion Week or Haute Joaillerie weeks?
Our desk reinforces during those weeks. We pre-position vehicles nearby, anticipate temporary square closures and coordinate flows with the Ritz valets. We recommend booking at least 48 hours in advance during those periods.
Can you support a client for a private visit to Place Vendôme jewellers?
Yes. We coordinate drop-off as close as possible to the private salon (Chanel, Boucheron, Van Cleef & Arpels, Bulgari, Cartier…), wait out of sight during the appointment and collect the guest with no media solicitation.
Can you coordinate a transfer from Le Bourget to the Ritz for a private-jet arrival?
