What is the minimum booking duration?
Hourly service starts at a 3-hour minimum. We also offer half-day (5 h), full-day (10 h) and multi-day packages with preferential terms.
Does the hourly rate cover all kilometres?
Yes. The hourly rate covers chauffeur, vehicle, fuel, VAT and a mileage allowance in Île-de-France. Beyond that, a per-km rate applies and is communicated at booking.
Can I change my schedule during the day?
Yes, at no extra cost as long as the total time stays within the booked package. The chauffeur adapts to your meetings, stops and route changes. Duration can be extended on the fly, subject to availability.
Can the chauffeur wait between two meetings?
Of course. Waiting is the essence of hourly service: the chauffeur stays with the vehicle or nearby, ready to depart without delay.
Does the chauffeur speak English?
Yes. Most of our chauffeurs are English-speaking. Bilingual chauffeurs (Spanish, Italian, Arabic, Russian) are available on request.
Which vehicles for hourly service?
BMW 7 Series or Mercedes-Benz S-Class for 1 to 3 passengers, Mercedes-Benz V-Class for 4 to 7 passengers or bulky luggage. All vehicles are black, recent and inspected daily.
