During Paris Fashion Week, ground transport stops being a series of rides and becomes continuous logistics: five to twelve appointments a day, addresses that change the night before, streets closed around the Grand Palais, Place Vendôme and the Palais de Tokyo. How do I book a chauffeur for Paris Fashion Week?
Send us your show and appointment calendar. We propose an as-directed setup (4, 8 or 12 hours per day) with a dedicated chauffeur for the full week, then a firm written quote. We recommend booking 3 to 6 weeks before the shows open.
Does the driver stay on standby during the shows?
Yes — that is the point of an as-directed booking. The vehicle stays parked near the venue and waiting time is included, so you never look for a car when a show ends.
Can you drop off close to the venues (Grand Palais, Palais de Tokyo, Tuileries)?
Our chauffeurs know the authorised drop-off points, security perimeters and pedestrian zones of each venue. When direct access is closed, we agree an alternative drop-off a few dozen metres away in advance.
How many vehicles does a team need?
One sedan (BMW 7 Series, BMW i7 or Mercedes S-Class) for the talent or leadership, one Mercedes-Benz V-Class VIP (7 passengers) for the team, looks and trunks. For a full house setup we coordinate several vehicles under a single point of contact.
How much does a PFW driver service cost?
Fashion Week is booked as-directed only, by the day or by the week. The rate is firm and confirmed in writing: chauffeur, fuel, VAT, tolls, parking and waiting included, with no per-ride billing.
Do you handle airport and Le Bourget transfers?
Yes: Paris-CDG, Orly, Beauvais and Paris-Le Bourget for private jet arrivals, with flight tracking and meet & greet, before and after your Paris week.
Is confidentiality guaranteed?
Yes. Our chauffeurs are trained in protocol and discretion: no photos, no names, no itineraries shared. An NDA can be signed on request.
