Can I change the itinerary during the day?
Yes, as much as needed. Flexibility is the core value of the service: adding a stop, changing an address, pushing back a meeting — all adjusted in real time.
Does the rate include mileage and waiting?
Yes. The daily rate is all-inclusive across Île-de-France: mileage, waiting, fuel and tolls. Only long-distance trips outside the region are quoted separately.
What is the difference with the annual contract?
The full day is a one-off booking on a specific day. The annual contract is a recurring commitment (several months or a year) with a dedicated chauffeur, a reserved vehicle and monthly consolidated billing.
Which vehicles for a full-day booking?
