What is the minimum booking duration?
The minimum is 2 consecutive hours in Paris and Île-de-France. Beyond that, billing is per started hour, with better packages for half days (4 h) and full days (8 to 10 h).
Are mileage and fuel included?
Yes. Our at-disposal packages are all-inclusive within Paris and Île-de-France: fuel, tolls, parking, waiting time and mileage. Only long-distance trips outside Île-de-France are quoted separately.
How is at-disposal different from a transfer?
A transfer is a single A-to-B ride billed per journey. An at-disposal booking reserves the chauffeur and vehicle for a duration: you chain as many stops as needed, waiting included, without re-booking each time.
Can I extend the booking during the day?
Yes, subject to the chauffeur's availability. Extensions are agreed directly with him and billed per started hour at the same hourly rate as the original booking.
Which vehicles are available at disposal?
BMW i7 (fully electric), Mercedes-Benz S-Class and DS9 for 1 to 3 passengers; Mercedes-Benz V-Class for up to 7 passengers; VIP Sprinter for 16 to 18 passengers. Every vehicle is under 24 months old.
Do you offer multi-day at-disposal service?
Yes. We assign the same chauffeur for the entire stay, which guarantees continuity of service. It is the format our clients choose for roadshows, corporate visits and family stays in Paris.
How do I book a chauffeur at disposal?
Three ways: the contact form, the phone on +33 6 20 60 50 65 (WhatsApp too) or email. Give us the date, pickup time, pickup address, the duration you need and the number of passengers. We reply with an all-inclusive package and the name of the assigned chauffeur, and send a written confirmation before the assignment.
How far in advance should I book?
24 to 48 hours is enough in most cases. We also handle last-minute and same-day requests subject to availability. During trade fairs, Fashion Week or Roland-Garros we recommend booking one to two weeks ahead.
How is the price of an at-disposal booking calculated?
Three factors: the duration booked (2 hours minimum), the vehicle category (sedan, van, VIP Sprinter) and the area covered. Within Paris and Île-de-France the package is all-inclusive — fuel, tolls, parking, waiting and mileage. Nothing is added afterwards unless you request an extension on the day.
Can private individuals book a private chauffeur?
Yes, and it is a significant part of our business. We drive private clients for shopping days, dinners, evenings out, medical appointments, family journeys, Paris sightseeing and weekend trips. The service level, the vehicles and the chauffeurs are exactly the same as for our corporate clientele.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellation is free of charge up to 24 hours before pickup for a standard at-disposal booking. Within that window a fee may apply, because the chauffeur is already blocked on your slot. The exact terms are restated on every written confirmation.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Card, bank transfer and monthly invoicing for corporate accounts. Private clients pay by card either before or after the assignment. A detailed invoice with applicable VAT is always issued.
